Rooms, events, WiFi — the lobby screen members actually look at.
Live meeting-room availability, today's event calendar, the WiFi password members keep losing, and a feed of community announcements. One dashboard. Every screen in the space.

Live room availability
Each meeting room as a tile — green if free now, amber if booked in 15 min, red if occupied. Pulled from your booking system (Cobot, Nexudus, OfficeRnD, andcards, Skedda) over API or webhook.
Today's events
A vertical agenda — workshops, member talks, networking nights. Auto-rotates by clock, dims past events. Pull from Luma, Eventbrite, or your community Notion page.
WiFi card that's actually visible
Persistent corner tile with SSID, password, and a QR code. Members stop interrupting the host with "what's the WiFi again?" — the screen answers first.
Community board
A rotating feed of member posts — open roles at member companies, "I need a designer," office-warming photos. Pull from Slack, Notion, or your community CMS.
Brand Kit, every location
Logo, palette, font on every screen. Multi-location chains override the meeting-room list and event feed per branch — Brand Kit travels.
Any TV, any platform
Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS — pair with a 6-digit code, no keyboard needed in the lobby.
A different screen per zone
The lobby TV needs WiFi, rooms, and the welcome message. The phone-booth corridor wants a "free / occupied" board. The event area shows the schedule and the speaker bio. One Brand Kit, three dashboards on per-zone playlists.
- Per-zone playlists — lobby, corridors, event room, kitchen
- Brand Kit (logo, palette, font) inherited everywhere
- Multi-location overrides for chains
- Offline-resilient — last render stays if WiFi drops (yes, even your own)
Community managers update from a phone
Add a community manager as a member with editor role on the lobby dashboard. They can pin an announcement, push a flash event, or rotate the playlist — from the phone in their pocket while they're walking the floor.
- Role-based access — community managers edit the board, owner edits Brand Kit
- Mobile editor on iOS and Android
- Real-time sync — lobby TV updates in under a second
- Audit log on Business — see who pinned what, when
Frequently asked questions
Yes — via the declarative integrations DSL. All four expose REST APIs; we wrap them into a "Room availability" widget that reflects bookings within seconds. Andcards uses webhooks, also supported. If your booking system has any documented API, it plugs in within a working day.
One master template with the Brand Kit; per-screen filter to show only the rooms on that floor. The "Floor 3 lobby" TV shows Floor 3 rooms only; the basement-booth corridor shows the booths. Single source of truth, per-screen view.
Not on the public TV — that's by design (no member names on the screen). But members log into widgets.pro from their phone and get a personalised dashboard with their own bookings, billing, and check-ins. Same data, different views.
Add a WiFi-status widget — pull from your Ubiquiti / Meraki / Cisco controller and surface latency or "all access points up". Members in the lobby see at a glance that the network is healthy; community managers don't get "is the WiFi down again" pings.
