Frequently asked questions

  • Yes — self-hosting is available on the Enterprise plan, including air-gapped deployments for regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government). Bring your own Postgres, Redis, and object storage. We provide deployment manifests for Kubernetes and a docker-compose for smaller clusters.

  • Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingIdentity, and any SAML 2.0 IdP. SCIM provisioning is available on Enterprise. SSO + audit log is included on the Business plan; Enterprise adds custom identity-provider configuration.

  • Pro and Business: best-effort on shared infrastructure. Enterprise: customisable SLA with 99.9% / 99.95% / 99.99% uptime tiers, response-time guarantees, and a dedicated account manager. Status page and post-incident reports included.

  • EU residency by default (Frankfurt, Fly.io). Enterprise can pin to a specific region (US-East, US-West, EU, APAC) or run fully on-premises. DPA is standard; we sign customer-specific addenda where required.
