Dashboards
Create, customize, and manage dashboards.
A dashboard is a canvas of widgets on a responsive grid. Every dashboard is private by default and can be made public, password-protected, or shared with specific people.
Create a dashboard
Click the New dashboard button on the home screen. You can start blank or clone a template.
Responsive grid
Dashboards use a 12-column grid on desktop that automatically adapts to other screen sizes:
| Device | Columns | Row height |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop | 12 | 100px |
| Tablet | 8 | 80px |
| Mobile | 2 | 60px |
| TV | 16 | 120px |
Drag widgets to reposition. Drag the bottom-right corner to resize. The same dashboard renders correctly on every device — you don't need a separate design for mobile or TV.
Settings
Open dashboard settings (gear icon in the toolbar) to configure:
- Title and description — shown in the header and dashboard list.
- Background — solid colour, gradient, or image.
- Theme — light, dark, or system. Apply your organisation's Brand Kit for custom colours and fonts.
- Viewport mode — fit to screen, fixed canvas size, or scroll.
- Default refresh interval — how often widgets without their own setting refresh.
Cloning and forking
Right-click any dashboard in the list to Duplicate — useful for creating variants without touching the original. To clone a public dashboard from someone else, open it via its share link and click Save a copy.
Sharing
Dashboards can be made public, password-protected, embedded in your site, or shared with specific people. See Sharing for the full guide.
Deleting
Deleting a dashboard removes it permanently — there's no trash. If others have invites or saved copies, they keep their copy; their access to the original is revoked.
