Account & billing
Manage your profile, sign-in methods, plan, and billing.
Everything about your account — name, email, sign-in methods, plan, payment method — lives under Settings → Account.
Profile
Open Settings → Account → Profile to update:
- Display name
- Avatar (upload an image or use a generated initial)
- Time zone (controls how times show in widgets and the activity log)
- Default theme
Sign-in methods
You can have multiple ways to sign in to the same account. Open Settings → Account → Sign-in methods:
- Email + password — set, change, or remove the password
- Google — link or unlink
- Passkey — add a passkey for passwordless sign-in (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, security keys)
- One-time email codes — turned on by default; we email you a 6-digit code as a fallback
Add at least two methods so you can recover access if one stops working.
Two-factor authentication
We strongly recommend turning on 2FA:
- Settings → Account → Security → Two-factor authentication.
- Pick an authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator) or SMS.
- Scan the QR code, enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe.
If you lose access to your authenticator, use a backup code; if you lose those too, contact support.
Plan & billing
Open Settings → Account → Plan to see your current plan, usage, and billing history.
Plans
| Plan | Best for |
|---|---|
| Free | Personal projects, single user, up to 3 dashboards |
| Pro | Power users — unlimited dashboards, custom domains, password sharing |
| Team | Small teams — multi-member workspaces, audit log, priority support |
| Business | Growing teams — Brand Kit, custom fonts, SSO |
| Enterprise | Large orgs — SAML SSO, SCIM, audit log retention, SLA, on-prem option |
Upgrade or downgrade
Click Change plan, pick a tier, confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA. Update your card under Settings → Account → Billing.
Invoices are emailed automatically after each charge. Past invoices are downloadable from the billing page.
Cancel
You can cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period, then drops back to the Free plan. We don't delete your data on cancel — your dashboards stay, just within the Free limits.
Notifications
Choose what to be notified about under Settings → Notifications:
- Alert rules firing on widgets
- TV devices going offline
- Mentions and dashboard invitations
- Product updates and security advisories
Per-channel toggles for in-app, email, and (on mobile) push.
Connected apps
Apps that have access to your account — both your OAuth-connected SaaS tools (GitHub, Slack, etc.) and any third-party apps you've authorized via OAuth.
- My integrations — services you've connected. Disconnect any you no longer use.
- Authorized apps — third-party apps with access to your widgets.pro data. Revoke any that look unfamiliar.
API keys
Power users and CLI users can generate API keys under Settings → Account → API keys:
- Click Create key, give it a name.
- Copy the key once — we don't show it again.
- Set an expiry (30 / 90 / 365 days, or never).
Revoke any key any time from the same page. See the CLI for how to use it.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to:
- Confirm by typing your email.
- Transfer ownership of any workspaces where you're the only owner, or delete them.
The deletion is processed within 24 hours and is permanent — all dashboards, data sources, files, and audit logs in your personal workspace are removed. Workspaces where you were a member but not the only owner stay intact.
Next steps
