Andon, OEE, downtime — visible on the floor, in real time.
Replace the printed safety board and the laminated KPI sheet with a live dashboard. Pull from your MES, SCADA, ERP, or PLC — show the people on the line the same numbers the plant manager sees.

OEE in real time
Availability × Performance × Quality, calculated continuously and rendered on the line's TV. No nightly batch — operators see throughput drop the moment it does.
Andon board
Each station as a tile — green running, amber slowed, red down. Click-through to the reason code and the duration. Line leads spot the bottleneck without walking the floor.
Downtime reasons + Pareto
Today's top downtime causes ranked. Last shift's rejects by reason code. Live, not in a Monday-morning report — fix the recurring problem the day it happens.
Shift KPIs vs target
Units produced vs target, defect rate vs spec, takt time vs plan — for the active shift. Big numbers, glanceable from across the building.
Safety counter
"Days since last incident" — the one number everyone on the floor cares about. Add near-misses, last audit score, and the next safety drill date. Reset rituals matter.
Any TV, any platform
Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS — pair with a 6-digit code. For ruggedised displays, point a Raspberry Pi at the dashboard URL.
Talks to your MES, SCADA, ERP, or PLC
Most plants have data — Ignition, AVEVA, GE Proficy, Siemens TIA — but it lives in the control room. We pull from OPC-UA, MQTT, REST, SQL, or your historian and render it on the floor where it changes behaviour.
- OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus via gateway
- Direct SQL to your MES historian
- REST + webhooks for newer cloud-native systems
- Local edge box for air-gapped plants — self-hosting on Enterprise
Per-line, per-shift, per-cell
Line 1's tile lives in Cell A's break room. Line 4's lives in the packaging area. Same Brand Kit, per-line dashboards. Add a new line; pair its TV; the template applies.
- Per-line / per-cell dashboards
- Per-shift overrides — different targets on nights vs days
- Brand Kit (logo, palette, font) inherited
- Offline-resilient — last render stays if network drops
Drive it from a PLC, not from a browser
For air-gapped or strictly-isolated plants, the dashboard runs on an edge box on the OT network. Data never leaves the plant. Enterprise self-hosting includes the edge runtime and an audit trail of every dashboard edit.
- On-prem edge runtime on Enterprise
- Read-only access for line operators
- Audit log of every Brand Kit / dashboard change
- Air-gap-friendly deployment, no outbound calls required
Frequently asked questions
Yes — via OPC-UA, MQTT, REST, or direct SQL against the historian. Ignition has a documented REST API. AVEVA System Platform supports OPC-UA out of the box. GE Proficy exposes the Historian REST endpoint. Siemens TIA reads via OPC-UA. If your stack speaks any of these, the data lands on the dashboard within a working day.
Yes — Enterprise self-hosting includes an on-prem edge runtime. The dashboard, the renderer, and the data path all stay inside your OT network. No outbound calls required. We support air-gapped deployments with an offline license file.
Each station tile reads from your control system. When a station signals stop or slowed, the tile turns amber/red. Pair that with an alert rule — email the line lead after 2 minutes, the shift super after 5, the plant manager after 10. Escalation paths live in the dashboard, not in a separate tool.
OEE, availability, performance, quality, throughput, takt time — all calculable from raw production counts and downtime reasons. Define your KPI formula once in the dashboard config; the widget recalculates as data streams in. Match your existing KPI standard, no separate KPI engine.
