Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by subscribing to the Service and using it before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you expressly request the performance of the Service to begin immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted. • You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the 30-day retention period without losing your data.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases: • First payment — if you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and have not substantially used the Service, we will issue a full refund. • Service outage — if the Service experiences significant downtime exceeding the SLA guarantees outlined in the Terms of Service, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund. • Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan), we will correct the billing and issue a refund for the overcharged amount.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: • Partial months of service after the 14-day initial period. • Add-ons or one-time purchases once delivered. • Subscription periods that have already been used beyond the initial 14-day window.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. No refund terms apply to the Free plan.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
