Notion databases as live dashboards.

Your roadmap, OKRs, content calendar, lightweight CRM — all in Notion, all in one place. Widgets PRO reads those databases live and renders them as charts, metrics, and boards on every screen your team works from.

OAuth in seconds

Sign in with Notion, pick the workspace, choose which databases to expose. Read-only — never modifies a page.

Databases become widgets

Properties become axes, filters, and groupings. Status select → kanban board widget. Date → timeline. Number → metric or chart.

Real-time via webhooks

Subscribe to your Notion database events — every page edit, status change, or rollup recalculation pushes to the dashboard within a second.

Rollups + formulas supported

Whatever Notion computes — rollups across related databases, formula columns — flows straight into your widgets. No reimplementation in SQL.

Multi-database joins

Bring Projects + Tasks + People into one timeline view. Cross-database widgets surface the structure Notion already encodes.

Public share without account

Customers / clients / investors get a live read-only link with your Brand Kit — no Notion account, no seat, no email back-and-forth.

Notion is the source — your dashboard is the screen

Teams pile organizational knowledge into Notion: roadmaps, OKRs, content plans, CRM-lite. The PM and the founder maintain it. Then someone wants the chart on the office TV. Then a client wants a status link. That is the friction Widgets PRO removes — Notion stays the source, every other surface gets the view it needs.

  • PMs maintain roadmaps in Notion, dashboards reflect them automatically
  • Sales tracks deals in a Notion CRM — leaderboards appear on the office TV
  • Content team plans calendar in Notion — publication dashboard updates in real time
  • Founders share investor-update views without sharing the Notion workspace

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes by default — the OAuth scope we request reads pages and databases but never modifies them. Write actions (creating a page from a widget) require an explicit second-step opt-in.

  • With Notion webhooks subscribed, dashboards update within a second of a database edit. Without webhooks, polling refreshes every 60 seconds. Both are configurable per dashboard.

  • Title, text, number, select, multi-select, status, date, person, files, checkbox, URL, email, phone, formula, rollup, relation. The widget config exposes them as filters, axes, and groupings the way Notion does.

  • Widgets PRO caches reads at the widget level and respects Notion's rate limits. For very high-frequency dashboards (TV signage updating every few seconds), webhooks avoid polling entirely. For long-lived dashboards, the cache makes rate limits a non-issue.
