  • Read-only by default — we surface CRM data into widgets, never modify your records. Write scopes (creating a deal from a widget, updating a deal stage) require explicit opt-in second-step authorisation.

  • With HubSpot webhooks subscribed: within a second of a deal moving. Without webhooks: polling every 60 seconds. Both configurable per widget; high-frequency wallboards use webhooks to avoid hitting rate limits.
